Elizabeth Lothamer — Principal
Elizabeth’s key role is to evaluate each project, determine what improvements will make the greatest impact, and work with the client’s budget to achieve the best result. Her years of experience in construction, along with her relationships with the best contractors and suppliers, gives her the advantage to determine what to upgrade to maximize the resale value and minimize the expense.
Hillary O’Reilly – Operations Manager
Hillary role is to manage the initial consultations, scheduling, contracts, and paperwork. She is the main point of contact for any administrative responsibilities associated with the project. She is our in office project facilitator and is available for any general questions.
Sarah Dermody – Project Manager
Sarah’s role in project manager is to handle the day to day during the renovation process.Sarah works with the contractor and the client to ensure the project progresses in a timely manner. She assists with material selection and delivery and is the main point of contact during the project.
